When they click submit nothing happens. I tried it from my phone and computer and it does not work

Hello aury918,
It sounds like a form cache issue, Would you please try clearing up the form cache by following the below steps:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Form Caches.
- Select Clear Cache.
An “All caches are cleared” message will pop up once it’s done. Restart the browser and try again.
If you are still having trouble, you may also try clearing your browser’s cache. It can be simply accessed by hitting Ctrl + Shift + Delete buttons simultaneously which will you a screen like below
Choose Cookies and other site data, Cache images and files and hit Clear data.I hope this helps you in fixing the form issues, please let me know if it works for you.

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. In addition to shakilabbasi's response, I cloned your form but wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was redirected to the Sign Preview and the Thank You page as soon as I hit submit. Check out my screencast below to see my result:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've also cleared your form cache as a precaution. In case the issue persists, please allow us to test submit directly on your form to test the issue further.
