How to Insert a Hyperlink in Multiple Choice Option?

I am making a voting form. I wonder if there is a way to hyperlink candidate's bio to their names so that when voters cast their vote, they can read the candidates' bios before voting.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it is not possible to insert a hyperlink to the multiple choice field options. However, a workaround is to add a paragraph field and show it based on user's answer. Let me show you how:

1. Add one paragraph field for each person then insert the hyperlink by clicking on the link icon in the field's menu.
2. Create a condition to show the paragraph field based on the user's answer:
