Hi Jerry.
Thanks for your patience. I'm not quite sure what you mean by 40 seat maximum capacity for each. Are you referring to a limit per customer? Could you please elaborate on your question so we can have a better idea and provide you with a solution?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

What I'd like to do is see if the system can cap the number of enrollments at 40, as that's the capacity of the room.
Thus, when we hit 40 attendees,, the system would mark the event "sold out."

Hi Jerry.
Thanks for getting back to us. You can add a Product List for people to purchase a slot in your event. And in the Product, you enable the Stock Control option to limit the purchase to 40 people. Here's how to do it:First, add a Product List element.
Next, set up the limit for the product:
1. Click the Cart icon, to open the settings.
2. Hover your cursor over the product, then click the Pencil icon.
3. Go to the Stock Tab, then turn on the Stock Control option.
4. Set the limit, then click on Save. Then, in the Product Settings, you can update the details of your product, along with the thumbnail:
We also have a guide about Setting Up Your First Order Form that you can check out.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
