Email Not Sending to the Newly Added Recipient

    Hello,

    I added one more recipient to the Recipient Email on E-mail setting, however, the newly added recipient can not receive any e-mail from the form even though I confirmed that his e-mail address has been added to the Recipient Email column.

    The one I added is spg@love.co.jp.

    Could you advise me on how to fix it?

    Hello Yoko,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I looked into your email logs and I can confirm that the notifications are not sent to spg@love.co.jp. When I checked your form, I noticed that the notification emails are linked to conditions. Please note that once notification emails are connected to conditions, the recipient in the condition will be the one to be followed. To resolve this, you can simply add the email spg@love.co.jp to the condition below:
