How can I create a new line break / new paragraph within a question?

I am creating a form that has multiple languages (English & Swahili). The question field needs to have English on the first paragraph and it's translation in Swahili right below it (second paragraph). I have searched for this option even using the <br /> html code but nothing has worked so far.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is only possible with the Paragraph field. There you can enter English and Swahili questions at the same time. I cloned your form and saw that you already used the Paragraph field. Another way to create a Multilingual form is by adding a Second language in your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Click on Form Settings, click on Show more options.
3. Scroll down to Form Language, and click on Edit.
4. Click on +Add Language, select your second language, and click on +Add.

5. Now, click on Pencil icon and add the question translation in the below box.

6. You can also add the translation for your answer fields.

This is very useful for other languages but unfortunately, the Swahili translations are often incorrect and in addition, the dialect should be the one from Tanzania not Kenya. Is it possible to do the translation manually?

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, it's possible to do the translation manually. Once the automated translation is done, you can review the translation and fix any issues manually. The customization tool allows you to edit the translated languages easily, including form warnings. Here's the sample for the form fields:
