Error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    Bonjour chers admins,

    Je m'avance vers vous pour comprendre un problème qu'éprouvent quelques membres de ma communauté pour l'accessibilité du formulaire. Certains ne peuvent pas acceder au formulaire. Lorsqu'ils cliquent sur le lien, on dit que le lien est inaccessible. Est-ce un problème technique ? ou alors une restriction d'accessibilité au formulaire ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that its access setting is already set to Public. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Based on your screenshot, the error looks like it has something to do with your Internet. Are the affected form fillers using the same Internet connection while filling out the form? If yes, can you advise them to try accessing the form using a different Internet connection, and see if the same thing happens. Also, is your form embedded to a website? If yes, can you give us the URL of the website?

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches from the backend. Can you try it again and see how it goes?
