For some reason the conditions aren't working on my form? https://form.jotform.com/241081319119148

When someone's select: "What are you looking to do?"

    • Construction - Should go to "What Type of Construction?" only & Hide "What Type of Exterior?"
    • Exterior - Should go to "What Type of Exterior?" only & Hide "What Type of Construction?"
    • Design / Drafting - Should HIDE both "What Type of Construction?" & "What Type of Exterior?"

    Hope makes sense ?

    Hello Battres,

Thanks for contacting Jotform support. To achieve this, we need to use the Show/Hide Field condition to your form. Let me walk you through it:

First, let's hide both, What Type of Exterior? and What Type of Construction? fields:

    • On your Form Builder, click on the gear icon beside the field to access Properties.
    • Under Advanced, scroll down and toggle on Hide Field.
    • Do these steps on both fields.

    • On your Form Builder, click Settings from the orange tabs.
    • Click Conditions from the left.
    • Choose Show/Hide Condition
