Unable to see the Jotform Academy's videos in China

Hi,

I am honey Wang from Revvity Signals, based in China. we are using the jotform now. last week I can watch the course video but can't this week? the video keep loading can't play.

Could you please suggest why? any limitation for China internet?

Perhaps, this issue is caused by the Great Firewall block by the Chinese government. If the same issue persists, we suggest you try using these domains instead:

This would help us understand better what is causing the issue. In the meantime, please try it again using a different browser or device to see if that would make any difference.

Your screenshot says that Jotform.com has been blocked by the CORS policy. This means the webpage is making a request to a domain other than the one that showed you the page, i.e., jotform.com.

It is a server-side security measure (Not an error) that restricts you from accessing shared resources in a specific country to overcome security breaches.

Incomplete or inaccurate HTTP headers implementation on your side (Client-side) triggers these security breaches that leave you stranded while accessing the jotform.com domain.

Here are a few workarounds you can try:

1) Install a VPN extension in your browser, switch to the US, UK, or any European server, and then open the Jotform Academy website.

2) If this fails, turn off the VPN and access the website with the following domain addresses:

• jotform.us
• jotform.ca
• jotformeu.com
• jotform.me
• myjotform.com
• jotformz.com
• jotform.co
• jotformpro.com

3) In case both of the above fixes fail, Install the moesif CORS extension on your Chrome browser and turn it on. It will modify the HTTP headers of your browser to ignore the security breaches and allow you to access the Jotform.com domain.
