Jotfrom app on working

Hi. My jotfrom app is not working. Unable to submit forms. Please asisit ASAP.. my techs are out in the field doing work but unable to summit the form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned one of your forms(213251403786049) and it appears to work as expected, when I tested it. You did mention that your Jotform App is not working, do you mean to say the forms having the issue is currently added to the Jotform App? Are your techs getting an error when trying to submit the form? If there is, do share with us a screenshot so we can check. We have a guide about that here.

Also, could you share the link to the app so we can check? It would be great as well, if you would allow us to make a test submissions directly to your forms/app.
