    Hi mam/sir,

    We have a problem concerning our form for requesting a vitamin prescription. We are receiving no responses to our requests, or we are receiving responses with no PDF attachments.

    Hi there.

    I got the same problem and found a couple of fixes.

    To get your responses with PDF attachments, the file size should not exceed 5 MB for your vitamin prescriptions. If the file size exceeds 5 MB, this will create your PDF, but you won't see any attachments in the responses.

    But as you are not getting any responses at all, the issue might be with the permissions. You may not have enabled the PDF attachment in the notification email.

    To enable it:

    • Open the Form Builder Settings.
    • Click EMAILS in the left pane.
    • Click the edit icon next to the Notifications in the right window.
    • Select ADVANCED, and toggle on "Attach PDF."
    • Click Save at the bottom.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with PDF attachments and submission of your forms. Rest assured, we'll find a solution for it. It would help us to better understand what's happening if you can you send us your Submission ID's and your Form URL. Also keep in mind that PDF files exceeding the 5 MB limit will not be attached to your mails, instead they'll be in a link format.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
