How to send part of form to separate email address?

Is it possible to send part of the user's answers (or just one question) to separate email address?

Example: Due to data protection regulation our school must separate general registration details from data sensitive detail such as medical conditions. If I want to make a registration form that normally is sent to one email address with the exception of the part that gives medical information going to another email address?

    Thanks

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Add two separate notification email alert in form and name one as "Registration" and the second one as "Medical Information". The following guide should help you on how to add email alert in form:  https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

#2. Edit the first notification email alert template and delete the medical information related fields from the template.

#3. Change the "Recipient Email" of "Registration" email alert to desired email address where you want the registration information to go. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

#4. Similarly, edit the second notification email alert and remove the registration related fields from the email template.

#5. Change the "Recipient Email" of "Medical Information "email alert to desired email address where you want the registration information to go. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
