Configurable List and Form Calculation

I am trying to create a form for parents to order their school supplies kits by grade.  Since many parents have kids in different grades and each kit/grade is a different price, I was wanting to use the configurable list combined with the calculation wizard to create a total for all the kits.  Is this possible?

I am afraid that this is not possible, we do not support calculations for Configurable List widget fields.

At this time the calculations are supported for standard fields and Form Calculation widget fields.
