Form: How to tally responses

I have a form that i need to be able to upload and be digitized for responses as well as having the responses tallied along the way. I would love to upgrade my account but I need to be able to ask some questions (multi-tier) questions to see if my vision is doable. Unfortunately, this is time sensitive so I don't want to spend too much time messaging back and forth. Is there a customer support phone number? I have found another form site but I do not like the formats, etc. It is not as user friendly as yours. I LOVE jotform!

Can you explain more about what you want to achieve? Do you want to have a different column from the tables to tally all the submissions? Or do you want to show the number of responses from each field question?

If you want to create a tally for each response, you can create a Report for the form submission. Let me walk you through it.

1. In the Form Builder, click on the app menu tab on the upper left side of the page.
2. Select Report Builder, then enter the name of the report on the pop-up window.
3. Choose Blank as the type of report and then click the Create button.
4. In the Report Builder click Add Element on the left side of the page, then from the Form Fields, select the fields that you want to tally.
5. Click on the Gear icon of each field and from the Chart Settings, you can customize from the Chart Type how you want your report to look.
6. To download, just click on Download at the top of the page.

But, if you want to see your submissions, you can view them from the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

• In the Form Builder, click on the app menu tab on the upper left side of the page.
• Click on Tables.
