Bounce List: All email notifications are not being received since April 3rd

    Emails for form notifications are not being received. Is this due to the new DMARC email policy? How do we resolve this?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Upon checking, freedomlawnschas@bellsouth.net is on the bounce list. We have already removed the email address from the bounce list. Also, I can guide you on How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on your Avatar on the right side of the screen.
    2. Select Settings in the dropdown.
    3. Scroll down to Bounce List.
    4. Enter the email address you want to check.
    5. Click on Remove if it is in the Bounce list.Email addresses are in the bounce list Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

    After removing your email address from the bounce list, you should start receiving emails again.

    How does one's email qualify to be automatically added to the bounce list?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for getting back to us. There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list.
