Autoresponder Email is not being sent.

    On one of our forms we have a spot that says "Email if you would like a copy of your Order". We used to receive emails of copies, but they have suddenly stopped. How do we fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I can receive the Autoresponder Email for the field you are referring to. Check out the screenshot of my results:

    Can you please let us know bit more about the issue? Is the form embedded to any external website? Was the email not sent for multiple submissions? Can you please provide us with the Submission IDs of the submissions that didn't get the email so we can investigate this further?

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
