Hi -- I am trying to configure the Stripe Checkout integration to use our settings in Stripe and allow the user to select either Credit Card or ACH (Direct Debit) as payment options. Any guidance on how to enable this? It is configured correctly in Stripe but Jotform only seems to want to capture ACH.

    Hi McGoodwin_Cooper,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to add two payment methods directly into a form. To achieve your requirement, you will need 3 forms, one is the main form which then you'll embed two forms for each payment method (ACH and CC). And then, add conditional logic to control which of the two forms will show. If that works for you, I can walk you through setting that up:

First, create the first Payment Form as below. Add as many fields as needed:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the navigation bar.
    2. Click on Copy Link.

Add both ACH payment and Credit Card to form Image 2 Screenshot 101Then, clone the first payment form, do necessary changes, and keep the form URL as well.

Finally, create the main form similar below where you have a Single Choice element and two iFrame embed widgets:

    1. Click on the widget's Wand icon, then enter First Payment form's URL and click on Update Widget.
    2. Click on the other widget's Wand icon and do the same with the Second Payment form's URL.

    1. In Form Builder, click Settings in the top navigation.
    2. Click Conditions on the left of the page.
    3. Select Show/Hide Field.

    4. Set the condition as below and click on Save:

    5. Add another one, and set as below:
