    Hello,

I am trying to have form fillers be able to select where in the truck things were damage. Is there a way to add a photo to the form so it can be checked off and have it reflect on the printable pdf? Or any way that is possible to accomplish this? See attached screenshot

    Hi Hermannwarehouse,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an image to your original PDF. Please know that some fields can not be mapped with PDF, like images, appointments, etc. You can add an image field to your PDF if you create a new form with Form Builder and PDF Editor. However, if you want to add an editable image to your form, you can do that easily. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Widgets tab.
    2. Search for Draw on image widget and add it to your form.
    3. Click on Wand icon and click on Upload file under the Background Image.
