    Hi Beth,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As the form owner, Jotform provides the easiest way to manage your data. Now, if you want to download your submission, you download it as Excel, CSV, or PDF files directly on your Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to download your submission data in different formats:

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
