My conditions not working on my form.

    Hi this form has a lot of different conditions, but they're not showing up on the published form or the preview. Everything was working fine yesterday. Can you advise what I need to do to publish all of the settings again?

    Hi Ontheborder,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and cloned your form, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    Can you tell me what condition is not working, so I can further check? Since you mentioned that the form was working fine yesterday, can you try clearing your form caches to see if the issue persists? Here's how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
