Missing submissions

Hello, how are you doing?

I'm writing to you because a few weeks ago we had problems paying our bill (somos@redmapa.org) and we were with the free account (attached image of how we saw our account, although it appeared like this we thought it was fine)... Today it has been regularized and looks ok.

But yesterday some people began to fill out the form "Initial Formation - Fields" (jotform.com) who have confirmed to me that they completed it between yesterday and today and but they do NOT appear in the submissions...

We just managed to OK our card details and we already have the account paid, but those answers do not appear.

Could you help me get them back? Please!! It's very important to our organization.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that there was no submission made on Formacion inicial (jotform.com) yesterday. The only forms that had a submission yesterday was Sensibilización - Inicial (jotform.com) and Sensibilización - Encuentros (jotform.com). Can you check if that's the missing submission that you're looking for?

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
