Some of our forms went missing.

I need access to a form called Art Auction. It was archived so that new submissions wouldn't be made but I need to access the forms.

Has something happened with our account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest you check your account activity log to see the history of the form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. On the Jotform Forms page, at the upper-right corner of your screen, click on the Avatar.
2. In the menu that will appear, click on Settings.

1. Click on History.

Please note that when a form is purged, it is completely deleted from our system. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore or recover the purged form. You can also check this guide to know more details on How to View Your Account Activity Logs.
