    I have one more question.

If someone selects a week & submits but then later changes their mind for some reason, is there a way to change that week to open again?

    Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form user can access their submission data via an edit link, which you can add to the Autoresponder email, and then update their selection. The available slots of the option will be automatically updated based on the changes. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    3. Hover your cursor over the Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Click on Form Fields under Email Content.

    5. Select Edit Link.

ok I lied. I have an additional question for this. :-)

Is there a way for us to make changes. Say someone signs up but then calls us & says they can't do it, or they get sick or for some reason they can't make changes, can we do it on our end?

Many of our parishioners are not computer savvy. Signing up in itself might be hard for them. Making changes might be way out of their wheel-house.

I'm also worried if we give people access to changes they might keep changing their minds which will make us nuts. I'd rather they call us for changes.
