We are going to use the feature to allow people to come back later and complete their form. This has prompted a few questions:
- Is there a way to tell which forms have been started but not completed?
- If a person loses their email with the link to come back later, is there a way I can find and then send them the link?
- Is there a way to send a mass email to all people to remind them of the submission deadline for those applications that are in the SAVE process?

Hello adea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For your first question, yes, you have the ability to view incomplete submissions. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, open the main tab's menu by clicking the three-dot icon.
- Then click Incomplete Submissions.
- In the panel that opens, select view to check the details of the draft submission.
For your second question, if your user cannot find the autoresponder email, you can instead send an email containing the link of the unfinished form in just one click. Here's how:
- In From Builder, click the drop-down menu located in the top right corner of the screen besides the Jotform Logo and click Tables.
- In the Tables page, click +Add to add a new column and click Buttons on the menu at the top.
- Now click on Request Update and enter Edit Submission as a name.
- Lastly, enter the recipient's email address automatically by clicking the fields on the right side and choose the email address field.
This is what the users will see:
Now for your last question, we would not be able to send a mass email to remind about the deadline of the submission. What you can do is send a reminder email and set an end date. However, the reminder email won't stop until the end date. That means that if a user finished the form, they will still receive the reminder email up until the end date that you have set. We ha guide here on How to Set Reminder Emails for Your Forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
