How to set up Google Sheet integration to only show specific fields?

    Hi,

I'm looking to create a form for a reunion. I would like to link the form submission to a Google Sheet so that people are able to view who will be attending. However, I do not want to share all of the information for everyone to see.

If I link a Google Sheet to just show the names of people who will be attending...will I still be able to see all the fields within Jotform - such as payment, email, phone , etc?

    Thank you.

    Marie

    Hi Marie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can integrate into Google Sheets to send your form submissions and set up which information to send to the spreadsheet. I'll walk you through setting that up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.

    3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.

    4. Now, select or connect your Google account.

    5. Click on Use an Existing Spreadsheet.

    6. Select your Google Spreadsheet and the form fields you want to show.

    7. Now, click on Save and you're done.

Now, if you want to see the full information, you can view it in your Jotform Tables. Here's how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
