pdf attachement was working when tested but now that's it live, it's not working

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
You can try to remove your PDF attachment and then re-add it again. Here's how you can remove the attachments on the Notification Email:
