Unable to complete pending payments

    Hello,

    I'm trying to push a pending payment through on one of my forms but it won't let me "complete" the payment.

    Hi sandcasp, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try to use a different browser or incognito, if you're unable to complete the pending payment. If you're still unable to complete the payment after using a different browser or incognito, try to record your screen whilst the issue happens and include the recording in your reply. Also, let us know the URL of the form in question so we can check it. This page will show you how to get your form's URL.

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish.
    2. Then, click on the Copy Link button.

    Hi sandcasp, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. Did you use a different browser on the recording? If not, try to use an incognito browser or private browsing, then try to complete the submission again. If that doesn't work, update your current browser and try to complete the submission.
