Slow loading problem in all forms

I am facing a problem with all the forms that I have created the problem is that once I open the form, the form does not load the media data like photos and logos, in such a case that it gives me the placeholder of the logo only eg. the name of the image.

Please find the attached screenshot, actually. there is an image in the background is not loading because as you see the background is white which is not correct because there is an actual image there, also for the logo.

Our internet is stable and the internet connection is speedy but I think the issue is coming from your server side.

Please help because it is an urgent case for our company.

With this, I cleared your form cache on my end. Clearing form caches is one of the ways to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe and easy to perform. 

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you try accessing your form in a different browser to see if the issue is still reproducible? As this issue might also be related to your browsers cache. You can check out this guide on How to Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

Give it a try and if the issue still persists, we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
