Email Spamming: Why is your user sending us spam email?

He is sending massive spam, I have found him on 3 of my emails. He is selling email data bases using random person emails without their approvals.

I have checked the forms you have shared and analysed the data collected by the form and I could not quite capture which data violates our terms of use.

I would recommend if possible you could contact the user and request them not to use your email when sending his marketing emails.

The user is selling email database with stolen email from google without
the user approval. This use is spamming !!! Do you allow spammers on your
network ? That's fine I will go on further up to report you and sue your
company.

 A screenshot of the email content and the Sender would greatly help us tracing and confirming that the owner of the said form used it for spamming.

Here is the screenshoot , as you can see on the left this spammmer is
sending not approved emails every month , I have dozen of emails from this
guy over the time (years!) but I have deleted them. This user is very
notorious , he doesn't care about anything , I have called him on the
provided number and started to curse on me. *Please note that the link in
the email is redirected to http://www.adresedemail.com/
domain registered with you. *

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. We will investigate the spamming issue and we will update you on this thread. 

It seems like you have no plans to solve this issue, the website is still
alive http://www.adresedemail.com/ and I keep receive abusive spam emails
from this person (attach).
I will just go further by opening cyber criminal investigation report on
the appropriate authorities in your country. You simply promote criminal
activities over the internet.

The website http://www.adresedemail.com is in no way associated with JotForm. We do not sell domain names.

The user was using a form that he/she created in JotForm as a contact form on that website. That website is selling email databases gathered from somewhere else and the JotForm form was used just to make contact with the seller.

The form has been disabled and the user has been suspended.
