Hi, i've had a over 10 instances where customers have advised that they're unable to submit my forms. This has caused me to drop 7 orders over the last few days.
Please can you advise why this could be happening?
I've launched a new jotform today and this is happening on this one too

I tested your form and got card declined (which is fine since I used the demo card):
What is the error you're experiencing?
