Allow my users to reserve a date in my form based on my availability and requirements

I would like to have a calendar available for clients to reserve a date based on my availability. so I'd like to be able to block out dates once I've hit capacity. I would like to make sure they can not book anything more than 5 days in advance and I'd like multiple people to be able to book on the same date without having a time slot option.

Is this all possible?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Based on your requirements, you can use our Appointment element in the form to gather appointment bookings depending on your availability.

You can set the Appointment Type to Group to allow multiple bookings in the same time slot and set the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot to your preferred attendees. Also, you can use the Rolling Days option and set it to 5 days. This will restrict the appointment availability for certain days in the future.

Please note that it is not possible to disable the timeslots in the Appointment element. A workaround is to set the Appointment Slot Duration to 420 minutes. This will only show a single timeslot per day in the Appointment element. Here's how to do it:

1. Select the Appointment field and click the Gear icon.
2. Go to the Availability tab.
   
3. Set the Appointment Slot Duration to 420.
   
4. Go to the Limits tab.
5. Set the Rolling Days to 5.
   
6. Next, go to the Advanced tab.
7. Set the Appointment Type to Group and set your preferred attendees per time slot in the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.
