    Hello,

    We received a bill for one year due to forgetting to cancel this account (museum@keith.jp). Is it possible to cancel it now?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've canceled your Silver yearly subscription, and refunded an amount of $468.00 USD. The refund should reflect in your statement of account in 7-10 business days. Since your plan is now downgraded to Starter (Free) plan, the account usage and limits for Starter plan should now apply.
