Can I send the report as an attachment and automate when it is sent?

I created some reports with charts and pies taken from the data in the submissions.

I would like to send these PDFs automatically every one or two weeks. Is that something I can automate?

Thanks for patiently waiting. If I understand correctly, you intended to send out reports with pie charts based on submission data every one to two weeks. In this case, I recommend using Digest Emails.

It is one of Jotform's features that lets you automate sending reports with your provided timeline. Before setting this up, please note that Digest emails let you add chart type but it's limited to column and bar type charts only. Also, reports wouldn't be sent as an attachment but it will be sent as part of the email content. If this meets your needs, I'll show you how to set this up:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Click the Add Email button then choose Digest Emails.

Then, based on your preferences, customize your Digest emails. This guide will also show you how to set everything up. But, if you were referring to something else, can you explain more so we can help you with it?
