How to download an order as Excel?

How can I download a shopping basket or an order into an excel sheet?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to orders placed through a form? If so, you can download the form submissions through Jotform Tables. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, select the form associated with the order and then click on Submissions. You will be redirected to Jotform Tables.

• Next, in Jotform Tables, select the form entry you want to download.
• Lastly, click on Download All at the top-right of your screen and then select Download as Excel from the Dropdown Menu.

That's it. It's not a form I need help with, but an app. I am using a shopping app to create orders, but sometimes after placing an order I need to make a few small changes without having to place the entire order again. I would like to download the order to an excel spreadsheet so that I can tweak quantities etc without having to redo the whole order in the app

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. Downloading the orders you received from your App has the same steps as my colleague shared. Once you are on the Tables, you just need to select the orders you received and download.
