How to make the WhatsApp Widget Appear like bubble on the form?

My account is free version one.

• Is it possible to add the Whatsapp bubble at the bottom right corner as attached?
• Also, is it possible to add hyperlink to the logo at the top? So that when the visitors click the logo, it will redirect to the other website?

Hi there.

You can add the WhatsApp button to your desired place in the form but not the exact bubble. However, you can make the text disappear on the WhatsApp button and mimic it as close as a bubble. The hyperlink is automatically added when you insert the WhatsApp widget in the form and add your contact number. Whenever your visitors click it, they will be redirected to WhatsApp. To do this:

Select the WhatsApp widget from https://www.jotform.com/widgets/category/social.

Next, click Add to Form to choose a form to add the WhatsApp button.

Place the WhatsApp button at your desired place and click Widget Settings.

Now, type in your phone number on the right menu under Your WhatsApp Number, and this will create an automatic hyperlink. Also, leave the Button Label blank to remove the text on the widget and make it more like a bubble. Next, select Right under Alignment to move the WhatsApp button to the right of the form.

Now you can see that the WhatsApp button closely matches your desired bubble shape and the hyperlink is generated as well.

Finally, click Update Widget and that's about it.

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, making the WhatsApp Widget appear like a bubble is currently not an available feature. You may adjust its location and label on the form, but your users will still need to scroll down in order to see it in the lower right corner of the form. We can open a feature request to our Developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. Let us know if you want to proceed.
