How to properly align the form when viewed on mobile?

    On our Thank You page - It's not lining up correctly for my form "Client Process"


    Any suggestions?

    Is you issue related to the image on the Thank You page?

    If so, on the Thank You page setting open the Source Code of the Thank You page and change the width from 390px to 100% and height from 160px to auto.
