JotForm sign automation

    I would like to know if we will be able to get form submissions as PDFs if we disable the JotForm sign automation option on the form.

    Hi Rubs,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you should still be able to. But you will have to setup an Email Notification, and enable the Attach PDF feature. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Select Emails from the left side menu.

    3. After that, choose whether to create or edit a Notification.

    4. Inside the Email Notification template, go to the Advanced tab.

    5. Enable Attach PDF.

    6. Next, select the PDF Document you want to receive.

    7. Lastly, click on Save.
