How to increase my signed form submissions?

Here is my URL where I did a survey through TrustRadius about increasing my limit for the amount of signed documents.

Please let me know if my limit has increased

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to increase the Sign document limit for the Starter account. When I checked your account, I saw that you have used 5/10 signed documents for this month. You need to upgrade your account in order to increase your Sign document limit. You can check out our Pricing page for more details.

As a workaround, you can turn off your Jotform Sign Automation. If you turn it off, you will still receive signatures on your forms, but it will count as normal submission. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Scroll down to Jotform Sign in the menu on the left.
3. Then, toggle off Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

So if I turn off the jotform sign automation which I did does that leave me at only 10 documents to sign per month?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, if you turn off the Jotform Sign Automation, they will not get counted toward the Signed Submissions. This means for your current month the signed submission will remain at 5 used out of the limit of 10.
