Tenemos en el formulario, disponibilidad de almacenamiento, como muestro a continuación:
Cuando queremos escanear el QR o abrir el link https://form.jotform.com/232565102104038 y completar el formulario nos muestra el siguiente mensaje:
Por favor nos podran orientar que es lo que sucede.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that you have not exceeded and are still within your account limits, so you should be able to access your form. Also, when I accessed your form via the link you provided, It worked as expected. Take a look at my screenshot below:
Can you try clearing your form caches to see if the issue persists? Here's how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
