How to make Approval Request collaborative

Good morning,

I need one more person who is able to cancel an approval request or restart an approval request. Currently, it seems that only I (as the admin) can do this. Is it possible for admins only, or is there a way to grant access to someone else to do this too?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm, do you want the Approval Workflow collaborative? If so, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. The collaboration feature does not apply to Approvals in our basic accounts. Currently, the other form's modifications and controls are only available from the form owner's account. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thank you for your answer. We are in the process of upgrading our account to enterprise. With this change, we will have more admins. Will these additional admins be able to cancel or restart the approval flow, or is this capability limited to the person who created it?

You would not be able to work together on an approval workflow unless you are an Enterprise account holder or a sub-user for one of our Jotform Enterprise accounts.  The sub-account user feature is available only on Enterprise accounts.
