    Hi Samuel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, if your Access Setting is set to Public, the users can fill the form without having to create an account on Jotform. Let me show you where you can set this:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Quick Share.
    • Click on the Gear icon located on the side of Share With Link, and set form Access Setting to Public.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
