Good morning,
I was trying to eliminate a step in the approval flow process and I did, however; I am getting 2 problems with the flow now. I also gave the process a test run by sending myself a correction yet I did not receive that email, as the approval flow indicates.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Inspections_Truview,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per checking your approval flow, you need to select the Outcome to resolve the problem. Let me show you how to do it:
- In your Approval Flow, click the Select Outcome on the Report Screening Tina and Ryan.
- Next, select Edit.
- Lastly, click +Add New Outcome.
