Card Layout: How to change the background color of the Thank you page using conditions?

    Hi there,

I'm creating a conditional Thank You page for this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/241005882788060/settings/conditions

It won't let me change the background color of the confirmation page. I don't see the format toolbar that it is supposed to show. I can only edit the text (without format) and the logo.

Additionally, the Thank You page is displaying the Jotform banner, despite having a paid account.

    Thank you,

    Hello MZjotform,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, since you're using a Card form, changing the background color and other formatting tools are not available for this type of form as they are only available for Classic forms.

As a work around, you can easily change the color of the overall background of your form by clicking the paint roller icon. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click the Paint roller icon in the upper right corner.
    2. You can modify your colors by selecting a Theme or customizing them under the Custom Tab.

We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about this. You also have the option to switch from Card form to Classic form. We do have a guide here that explain on how you can do it.

Additionally, we have moved your concern about the Jotform branding to a different thread to avoid confusion. You can check our answer at this link.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Oh, that's sad! Thank you for the solution on the other matter about turning off the jotform banner, though.

    Cheers! Have a good weekend.
