Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, you would like to have an email sent to the volunteers with a summary of the times and stands for which they have registered. If that is correct, then we have an Autoresponder Email feature, so if the volunteer submitted your form, they will receive an email with the details of their submission.

Once you added the Appointment element, this will automatically send them complete details of their registration. In your previous thread, I showed you how to add this element to your form. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
