Missing submission and forms

I remember seeing a submission from a client in the jotform site last week, and now I don't see it, or any others. On this particular one, I don't even have an email with his submission. It could be that I just don't know how to find it, but I've never had trouble before.

I didn't find any answers in the articles.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Submissions Table and saw that the entry is in the Trash folder. See screenshot below:

This means that the submission was deleted. Please note that deleted submissions will be moved to the trash folder, where it will stay for 30 days after the deletion date, before it gets purged automatically and gone forever. We also have a guide about How to Restore Deleted Submissions in Jotform Tables that you can check out.

As for the email, I check your email logs and saw that an email was sent to you for the said submission:

To check your account's email logs, here's how:

1. Go to your Account History.
2. Then select Emails from the dropdown.
