I have a problem with my forms when I select my email as a sender's email for the email to be sent after submission, no email is sent to the applicant.
When I choose firstname.lastname@example.org the mail is sent correctly.
Why is this happening?

Can you kindly clarify your steps to set up your email as sender so we had a chance to recreate a problem? I can't see any custom sender email set up at your form at the moment.
Have you tried SMTP or Verified method?
