Jotform Interface fails to connect to paypal. Getting a 500 server error.

    As recommended by you on thread not available, I cloned the form and tried again. It did not work. I am reluctant to load a new payment API extension because my history will be lost. Please help ASAP, our members are getting restless.

    The Donation firm still works OK.

    Additional, the 500 error comes most likely from an Apache2 log (my guess).  Do you have an system  or transaction logs I can check from this end?

    Also, hope my request is still valid. I just realized I could edit the original and not tack on another message.

    I have just tested the form you provided and it seems to be working on my end, I have tested the two payment options and it allowed me to continue with the form, using the credit card option you will see an error that is actually correct as I'm not using real credit card numbers: 


    Is the issue happening still on your end?
