Jotform Sign: Email field not showing as option in the recipient dropdown

    When I ENABLE JOTFORM SIGN AUTOMATION, why am I unable to select the email field below? It is currently listed a few random questions from my form? I want this feature please.

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with Jotform Sign. Are you working on this form? I checked it and see that the email field is showing when you click the dropdown for the Select Email field. Check out my screencast below to see what I mean:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, please share some screenshots for us to see the issue from your perspective.
