Account Suspended - Credit Card info

    Hello,

    I wanted to reach out to ask why my account was flagged for suspicious activity. Please let me know how I can fix this.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I checked, you've been suspended for collecting Credit Card information in plain texts on your Jan 2025 MCB Cruise and Payment Form: Spring Splash 2025 form. Keep in mind that this is a violation of our Terms of Use.

    If you wish to collect payments, please make sure to use any of our supported Payment Processors. You can also enable Payment Authorization if you prefer collecting payments at a later time. Now, for us to reactivate your account, we need to delete the offending fields on both forms first.
