Booking Form redirecting to a new page retaining the fields just selected in the previous one

Hello!

I am trying to change a little request form on this website into one jotforms.

The home page features a small form with the main fields requested.

I need something that when clicked on "Get Prices", takes me to a different page, with an extended form, but keeps the selections I just picked from the Home page.

Is there a way to do this please and how?
