Can someone save a form and continue it later without creating account?

Can someone without a Jotform account save a form and continue it later? I can't figure out how to configure so that they are able to do this.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can save the form and continue it later without creating Jotform account. You need to select "Skip Create an Account" at the bottom of the pop-up window. Check out my screencast below:
